UNO Bakery

- Turkven, in a consortium with BC Partners and DeA
Capital has realized the largest PE led buy-out in Turkey
with the acquisition of 98% Migros at EUR2 billion.

- Seymur TARI
Seymur
was formerly with McKinsey
& Company in Istanbul focusing on financial analysis,
sales force and supply chain management and at
Caterpillar
Inc. in Geneva as a product manager. Seymur has an MBA
from INSEAD
and an MS and BSc in Mechanical Engineering and Robotics from
ETH Zurich.
Seymur represents Turkven on the Boards of Mavi, Tekin Acar, Provus, Trendtech,
Pronet, NGM and Roma.
- Evren UNVER
Evren
was formerly with
McKinsey
& Company in Istanbul and Seoul, focusing on telecommunications
and financial institutions. Evren was previously at Andersen
Consulting in Boston. Evren has an MBA from
INSEAD
and an MS and BSc in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science
from the MIT. Evren represents Turkven on the Boards of
Migros, Provus and Trendtech.
- Eren NIL
Eren
has a background in investment banking, having worked for
JPMorgan Chase
in the New York, London, Moscow and Istanbul offices. Eren was formerly
at Finansbank
where he specialized in equity public offerings. Eren has
an MBA from INSEAD
and a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences
from Northwestern
University.
- Sepin SINANLIOGLU INCEER
Sepin
was formerly a Senior Auditor with
Arthur Andersen in Istanbul, focusing on financial institutions,
packaging and automotive. Sepin has a BA in Business Administration
from the Bogazici (Bosphorus) University.
Sepin represents Turkven on the Boards of Tekin Acar and Provus.
- Kerem ONURSAL
Kerem
was formerly a Senior Associate with
McKinsey
& Company in Berlin focusing on strategy development
for various industries including pharma, automotive and
private equity. Kerem has a BSc in Industrial Engineering
and Economics from
Northwestern
University.
Kerem represents Turkven on the Boards of Mavi, Pronet and Roma.
- Goktekin DINCERLER
Goktekin was formerly the Assistant General Manager of
Avea, the mobile communications JV of Telecom Italia and
Turk Telekom in Turkey and a partner with McKinsey & Company
in Istanbul and Houston with banking and telecoms focus.
Goktekin has an MBA from the University of Texas Austin, a
MSc from Stanford University, and a BSc from Bilkent
University in Electrical Engineering.
Goktekin represents
Turkven on the Board of Provus and Tekin Acar.
- Selim KENDER
Selim was formerly the Head of Fortis Bank Leveraged
Finance in Istanbul, an investment banker with Finansbank
and an executive at NTL Corecomm. Selim holds an MBA from
Columbia University and a BSc from the University of Texas
Austin.
Selim represents
Turkven on the Board of NGM.
- Izzet TALU
Izzet was formerly a Director
with UBS in Istanbul, focusing on mid-cap M&A deals. He was
previously at Creditanstalt Investment Banking, where he
worked on numerous equity capital market transactions. Izzet
holds an MBA from RSM Erasmus, and a BA in Business
Administration from Koc University.
- Hale OZSOY
Hale was formerly a Senior Associate with Goldman Sachs
Investment Banking division in London focusing on retail,
consumer, luxury goods and leisure industries. Hale
previously worked for The Boston Consulting Group and
Andersen Business Consulting in Istanbul and Amsterdam.
Hale holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and
an MS and BSc in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science
from MIT.
Hale represents
Turkven on the Board of Mavi.
- Ali NALBANTOGLU
Ali was formerly with Och-Ziff Capital in London focusing on
principal investments.
He previously worked for Goldman Sachs Investment Banking
division in London as a Senior Associate in the Technology,
Media and Telecom Group.
Ali holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University
of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics from Yale University.
- Omer PAKSOY
Omer was formerly a Senior Associate in Transaction
Services with PriceWaterhouse-Coopers and an auditor with
Ernst & Young in Istanbul. Omer has a BSc from the Syracuse
University in Mechanical Engineering.
- Eray YATGIN
Eray was formerly heading the Product Management
Division at Avea and managing the value added services (VAS)
portfolio of the mobile operator. Eray has an MBA from
Michigan State University and a BSc in Electrical
Engineering from Bilkent University.
- Aksel SAHIN
Aksel previously worked at Koc Holding in Istanbul focusing
on business development, privatizations and M&A deals in the
energy sector. Aksel has an MBA from Harvard Business
School, and a BA in Economics from Koc University.
- Rina ONUR
Rina was formerly an Analyst at Morgan Stanley in Istanbul.
Rina has a BA from Harvard University in Economics.
- Selin DILMENER
Selin was formerly with Lehman Brothers / Barclays Capital
Investment Banking Division in New York focusing on M&A
deals in the media and communications sector. Selin holds a
BSc in Economics, a minor in Mathematics and a certificate
in Markets and Management from Duke University.
